You’ll need just FIVE ingredients:
• vegan soy ground “meat”
• fresh Tomatoes
• tomato sauce (just the plain Tomato)
• minced garlic
• chopped onion
Let’s start… 😊
- Start by roasting the minced garlic and the chopped onion
- Add the soy ground “meat” to the pan
- Blend the fresh tomatoes in a mixer and pour them into the pan. Let it simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Add the tomato sauce. This step is optional 😉
- Let it simmer for another 10 to 15 minutes.
- Add salt, pepper and paprika powder as much as you prefer
