"H.O.P.E. What You Eat Matters" is an eye-opening documentary film about the consequential impact our diet, heavy in animal foods, is having on our health, the animals, and the environment.
It features Jane Goodall (primatologist), T. Colin Campbell (biochemist), Caldwell B. Esselstyn (physician and author), Vandana Shiva (scholar, environmental activist and food sovereignty advocate), Melanie Joy (social psychologist and vegan activist) and many other experts.
A casual discussion will follow after the screening to encourage the everyone to share their reactions, comments, or questions. It is also an opportunity for us to learn from one another, find support, engage in meaningful conversations, and provoke further enquiry and contemplation.
