I created my mini-vegetable garden because I aimed to serve fresh veggies to our customers and of course I can also save money. This is the first plant that I planted when I started my mini-vegetable garden last December 2019. I do not know if you know this folks or I don't know if you are able to see this plant in your place. We call this "kangkong" or "tangkong" here in the Philippines. But it is a "river spinach" in English. This vegetable is usually put in sinigang or some Filipinos will just cook it with oil and oyster sauce or patis. I don't know if you like the taste of this vegetable but for me it's yummy because I love vegetable. Have you already eat this veggies? Please feel free to share your story eating a river spinach. How did you cook it?
