These pictures are taken in Shnongpdeng (great name right :-)) at the Umngot River in Meghalaya. People around Meghalaya say it is the cleanest and most beautiful river in India. Even when it wasn't that clear when we were there indeed it was very beautiful! We stayed in a little bamboo hut next to the river and enjoyed the lush jungle around the little town. Truly a beautiful place!
