While I was in Paris for vacation the river Seine was so high, that the river was closed for the ships and some parts where even flooded (here in the front of the picture), where normally people can walk. One can see the sunken railings in front of the right boat. The picture was taken at the "Pont Alexandre III" bridge looking into the direction of the "Les Invalides".
