This is a Tuk-tuk that I photographed at the Dubai parks and resorts It is an unusual vehicle and one of the main forms of transport in many countries around the world including many developed countries where it is used as a novel way to go sightseeing in the cities.
It is a workhorse in many countries and is my entry for today's initiated by
#vehiclephotography and

These little Tuk-tuk's buzz around delivering all manner of goods and people and can in some ways be considered almost supercars in there own right, in terms of how they help the economies of developing nations.
This version is an 'auto rickshaw'. It is a motorized version of the traditional rickshaw that was pulled by hand or by the addition of a bicycle. They have become very fashionable in many parts of the developed world where traffic congestion has led to finding better ways of getting around a busy city. This one is delivering Monkey cookies.
