Coast Guard Cutter

A US Coast Guard cutter docked at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Maine. The large building in the background is the former naval prison, known locally as the castle. I took this photo from across the river at Prescott Park in Portsmouth. The shipyard is actually located in Kittery, Maine.
