November 11th marks the end of WW1 and the one day Canada and other Commonwealth nations pause to remember those who fought and died in that war and in all others. In the United States the day celebrates all veterans.
It's not an easy day to get through but the type of people who get through it are tougher than a day.
Would like to thank all the veterans here on this platform for having the courage to be veterans.
There isn't much to write on a personal note.
We used to gather at Appleby's restaurants (over a free dinner) in the GTA but now with so many locations closed there's nowhere to go. We might try the Pickle Barrel and see if we run into anyone.
