When you're in the military, you are held to a high standard for physical fitness. Each branch has their own test for measuring physical fitness. In the Army, we do pushups, situps, and a 2-mile run. Each category is based on a point system. Depending on the number of repetitions you do for your age and gender will determine your score. It's been a while since I've done any pushups myself so I thought it would be fun to see if I could still meet the minimum requirements. For my age group I have to do 36 pushups.
In this video, I will challenge other veterans to see if they can still meet the minimum requirement. Record a video of yourself doing the minimum or maximum amount of pushups for your gender, age, and branch of military service. If you can meet the minimum, I will send 1 SBD from shadow3scalpel, and if you can get the maximum amount I will send you 2 SBD. If you can't meet the minimum, I'll give you one month to get back into the standards. If you have a shoulder injury, I want to see 10 minutes of cherry pickers!
