One of my favourite Youtube content creators, Extra Credits, talks about the implementation of blockchain technology within the gaming space, they discuss what it might make possible within design or monetization, and how its being used right now.
Spoiler, they are very critcal of "cryptocollectibles", sorry Cryptokitties, and Steem Monsters
The video linked below is approx 7 minutes long and if you enjoy video games, game tech, game design and/or how blockchain tech can open up a ton of super fun possibilities for the future of video gaming, then you might like this video.
I am not a game designer but I have always enjoyed the Extra Credit series, if you like gaming, give them a chance, you might as grow to love them as well.

Who is Extra Credits?
Extra Credits is a team of game designers, writers and animators who celebrate video games as a medium of artwork, and entertainment. They educate their viewers on simple game design philosophy, practices and some technical procedural stuff.
They are funny, entertaining and educational, and they, like me, love games. Give them a chance and check them out!
