Kanye 2020
I'm sure most of you would have seen Kanye's announcement that he is running for President in 2020. It seems like a joke for sure, but a few years ago the concept of a reality show host and playboy billionaire running for POTUS seemed equally funny - but here we are.
West is a conservative and a republican. If he runs on his party ticket, he will be challenging his buddy Trump for the prime spot. West has been a vocal, MAGA hat wearing, Trump supporter, so this could be a bit of a conflict. I only wander what's going through Donald Trump's mind right now.
More importantly, to me anyway seeing I'm not an American, is the fact that they have opposing views on cryptocurrency - particularly Bitcoin. President West would be an aficionado of the blockchain tech, apparently, but that's not necessarily a good thing.
Maybe I should dump and run for silver and gold
