One day, a tiger caught a monkey in a dense forest. The tiger was very hungry and thought that he had found a good meal today. Then the clever monkey trembled with fear but used his intelligence. He said, “Tiger brother, eating me will satisfy your hunger for a day, but I know a place where there are many sweet fruits, if you go there, you will be able to eat well for a long time.” The tiger got greedy and released the monkey and went ahead in search of the fruits. At that opportunity, the monkey quickly climbed a tree and escaped. The tiger then realized that he had lost his prey due to greed.
