Sunday is the presumed day for relaxation and self-reflection. Now I'm not the religious type, at least not in the typical sense, but I do believe in God and his existence. For I see God in everyone and in everything both seen and unseen.
Last week Sunday I shared a video that would broaden your knowledge and understanding of blockchain technology. Today I'd like to share a short video with you guys that will broaden your understanding and knowledge of yourself.
After watching this short video please try to take just 30mins to reflect on this message and how it relates to you. My daily flaw is probably the fact that I work too much and I end up being a human doer instead of a human being. Sunday is the day I get to be and spend time with family and friends.

I think I might start a channel tradition of posting an informational/educational or even motivational videos every Sunday as this is the best time for self-reflection as I mentioned earlier.
