Linked in have complete market dominance and so it will be difficult to break that. I think you need a concept that offers much more than LinkedIn to draw people away. People (job seekers/ recruitment agents and conpanies) want a single platform rather than having to go to many different platforms so I think it will be extremely difficult to break linked ins virtual monopoly.
