We explored some hidden caves in the Malibu Tri-Peaks area of the Santa Monica Mountains. This area is recovering from the Woolsey Fire last year and the hike is full of "fire flowers," which are wildflowers that only bloom after a burn. Tri-Peaks in Malibu is a 6 mile round trip hike from the Sandstone Peak Trailhead. The caves were amazing with lots of nooks and crannies to explore. #socalsteemit #mycalifornia
