When you arrive at the centre on day 0 , there is registration and you need to handover the valuable, phones, computers etc.
The next day, which is day 1, the wake up bell is at 4am. Yes, you heard right.
Men and women are segregated and you cannot talk or you observe complete silence for 10 days other than the question and answer sessions with the teacher. Trust me this is difficult.
There is breakfast at 0630 hrs and lunch at 1100hrs. After lunch, you are only given a fruit or a snack in the evening and nothing else until the next day morning. Lights out is at 2200 hrs. You can look at full daily schedule here:
You do get several moments when you think what am I doing here, why did I book this course. This happens usually on 3rd or 4th day. Later you observe yourself and feel great having looked inside you. This feeling is better experienced than described.
On the 10th day, you’re allowed to talk and collect your belongings and leave. There is a donation box and you can donate if you are happy and wish to give this experience to others as the courses are completely free and run by the donations.
