Why is virgin media website not compatible with Chrome? ( you can't view bills for mobile with chrome) Chrome has 59% of the market, internet explorer barely over 3%
Is there any good reason why the billing team don't work the same hours as sales? The website says online chat and calling 1908 is available to 9pm but then it's not for billing. Current customers should be as important to retain, support and please as getting new sales.
why is billing not pro-rated after I cancel a contract? (cancelled mobile for 30 days time earlier in december as price went too high but still got charged for a week longer than when the contract expires) real slimey by virgin media. It's laziness or incompetence. I have to tell virgin media what my bill should be or pay a higher amount. it's bad business practice.
why can I cancel virgin media and rejoin at a lower price? that can be treated as rhetorical, it doesn't make much sense to me to raise prices for current customers but treat new customers way better.
