6/9/17 VIX update. Watching the queen of the sexy VIXens to dictate the market top

Could today be the day the markets top out? First leg of the new VIX short term buy signal is "likely" in after this morning's VIX open at 9.75...ish. I rate that price a long term buy and hold but let's see if we can pick it up a tad lower.
