Don’t be sad.
The lens you look through is how you see your life. When you get fogged up with sadness, you can’t see the blessings of life.
Take them off!
See the blessings of life. Focus on the positive. It reminds me of a bible verse my mom shared.
Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. –Philippians 4:8
