I am sure it will have a positive effect for the community. Some people just became too dependend on Hive account@dtube's votes - which is never good to be here just because Hive account@dtube votes you. If 90% of you upvotes come from one source, maybe those are not offering as much value to the community as they believe they do. Maybe it will help them get better instead of chilling with the big votes from Hive account@dtube and not getting better ;)
