All the activities of him who becomes the caliph(representative) of Allah are accomplished by the directives or wishes of Allah.Due to this,each of his activities is included in worship.On the contrary, he whose organic soul isn't subordinate tohis spiritual soul is sinful or similar to other abominable beings according to his nature in spite of claiming himself so much a human being.
