good-karma has 20% voting power and his payout in single post is more than 1000$ --- why ??

Hello steemirs i have heard that the voting power is the esential thing to get more payout and reputtation but in case of Hive account@good-karma i have checked his profile in @steemBD he has a lot of payout

please share the factors which actually affects the payout
