Many of us nigerians have listened to the hit track by one of our own artist titled "Mad Over You". We all know the lyrics which goes thus: Ghana girl say she wan marry me, i hope say she sabi cook WACHE!... Most of us dont really know what the wache means..
The picture above gives you the best view of wache.. Its a Ghanian food which we eat here in nigeria, mostly in the western part especially those who grew up in Lagos.
Its one food i love eating very much,the stew called SHITAN is a wonderful recipe for the rice Wache..if youve not eating it, ill love you to give it a try and am very sure you will love it.
