Mount Nyiragongo is located within the Democratic .Republic of Congo inside Virunga National Park...... This is an active volcano which last erupted 2002. This is one of the most active volcano in the world erupting on average every 30 years.
Despite the constant threat of catastrophic fiery death, the area at the foot of Mount Nyiragongo is dotted with highly populated bustling villages. People live close to volcano because Geothermal energy can be harnessed by using the steam from underground which has been heated by molten magma.
Most people find it easy to live close to volcano because of the soil which they claimed is more fertile and that it is more cheaper to live. Mount Nyiragongo has become a tourist attraction especially for tourists because of the rapid development contributed by the community.
Seen some storms in my life. most storms have caught me by surprise so I had to learn quickly to look further and understand that I am not capable of controlling the nature, to exercise the art of patience and respect the fury of nature.
