Gambas is a minor vegetable commodity. Planting is usually done in the yard of the house or part of the garden that is not used for other plants. Gambas harvested the fruit when it was young and processed as a vegetable. following the plant of gambas in our yard of friends all steemit. I love to plant vegetables during the day off work for organic vegetables for beloved children.

Vegetable Sauteed Saute Recipe
Ingredients :
- 2 Buah Gambas
- 5 Lonjor kacang panjang
Bumbu : - 6 Siung bawang merah
- 4 Siung bawang putih
- 12 buah cabe rawit
- 2 lembar daun jeruk
- Gula garam secukupnya
- Sejimpit merica
- Minyak untuk menumis
Langkah-langkah - Kupas gambas sampai tinggal putihnya saja
- Potong kecil-kecil kacang panjang
- Cincang bawang merah, bawang putih dan cabe
- Panaskan minyak, masukaan bumbu cincangnya tumin hingga harum…masukan daun jeruk lalu aduk-aduk.
- Masukan sayur gambas dan kacang panjang aduk-aduk
- Setelah hamper matang beri gula garam dan merica sesuai selera anda.
- Icip-icip bila sudah pas sesuai selera tunggu sampai matang dan siap disajikan untuk menu makanan kita kawan.
