I have been living in Abuja for over 10 years and it is just so sad that I have not gotten around to explore this city as I should. Constantly being in the rat race has taken my focus off enjoying the little things of life. Now that I have consciously removed my self from slaving away with no benefits, I was able to visit this beautiful place called CENTRAL PARK ABUJA!!!

Nigeria is a beautiful city, I have always known that, but coming to this place just blew my mind away. The grasses are so lush and green and the landscaping is just impeccable. I had been seeing images of people on Instagram and I decided to go and take a look for myself and I was stunned.

I began my visit by having lunch in the restaurant located inside the park TAPAS ON GREEN. I decided to try a Chinese dish as I wanted something different from my normal palate.

I started with a cold cup of Chapman, the weather was so hot and I needed something to quench my thirst real fast.

I truly enjoyed lunch, the staff were so friendly and attentive. I made a mental note to take my parents there soon. The surroundings of the restaurant is absolutely stunning and I could not stop staring at the grounds.

After lunch, I took my time to explore the grounds. In this park, there is a cart racing track and a paint ball war space. So this is a place where families can come chill out, have fun and leave with a full stomach. This definitely scored 10 over 10 in my books.
