Haven't heard of Skincoin before. Just glimpsed at their home page looks more like eSports betting. Love Dota2 by the way. Wagerr looks similar but for Sports. Also the events are posted by actual people not pre generated. And on top of that fees are supper low because the Oracles make some commission and that is it.
