Instructions

2- Drain and Set Aside:
- Once cooked, drain the beans and set them aside.
3- Sauté Ingredients:
- In the same pot, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
- Add 150g of diced calabresa sausage and fry until crispy and golden.
- Add 4 minced garlic cloves; sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in 1 medium diced onion until translucent.
- Add ½ diced green bell pepper and ½ diced red bell pepper; continue sautéing.
4- Combine and Season:
- Add 1 large diced tomato and ½ cup chopped cilantro; stir well.
