🐖 3kg Pork Loin Roast
🥄 4 tablespoons Mustard classic yellow mustard
🧂 2 tablespoons Salt & Pepper
🌿 2 tablespoons Thyme
🍖 5 tablespoons BBQ Rub
🫒 Olive Oil
🧅 2 Red Onions
🥕 3 Carrots
🥔 500g Small Red Potatoes
🥣 300ml Beef Stock
🍯 100g Honey
🧈 100g Butter
🧄 2 tablespoons Minced Garlic
🍛 Gravy Sauce Ingredients:
- 🍖 200ml Stock from cooked meat
- 🧈 100g Butter
- 🥛 100ml Fresh Cream Manna brand
- 🌽 2 tablespoons Corn Flour
Instructions
1- Prepare the Pork Loin:
- Place the pork loin roast on a cutting board. Spread the mustard evenly over the surface.
- Generously season with BBQ rub, salt & pepper, and thyme to coat the pork fully.
2- Sear the Pork:
- Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and sear the pork loin on all sides until browned and crispy.
3- Prepare Air Fryer:
- Open the Ninja Foodi air fryer and place the divider to create two zones.
4- Add Vegetables:
- Distribute sliced red onions and carrots in one air fryer zone. Place the seared pork loin on top and surround with chopped red potatoes.
5- Add Liquid:
- Pour the beef stock over the pork and vegetables.
6- Make Honey Garlic Butter Sauce:
- In a bowl, combine honey, melted butter, and minced garlic. Mix well.
7- Baste and Roast:
- Spoon the honey garlic butter sauce over the pork loin in the air fryer.
