Instructions
1- Prepare the Pan:
- Preheat a large, non-stick sauté pan over medium-high heat (7/10 on the stove).
2- Cook the Beef:
- Add the lean ground beef to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, until it's mostly browned.
3- Soften the Onions:
- Add diced onions, and continue to cook alongside the beef until they start to become translucent.
4- Sauté the Veggies:
- Stir in the shredded carrots, minced ginger, minced garlic, and chicken broth.
- Sauté the mixture for a few minutes until the flavors meld.
5- Steam the Cabbage:
- Add the green and red cabbage.
- Cover the pan with a lid, allowing the cabbage to steam and soften.
6- Enhance the Flavor:
- Once the cabbage is soft, uncover the pan and continue sautéing until you see slight charring on the vegetables.
7- Season:
- Pour in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
8- Add Ramen:
- Stir in the cooked ramen noodles, mixing everything well for a minute or two until combined and heated through.
