Ingredients
🥛 2 cups Fat-free milk (Fairlife)
🥄 4 tablespoons Gelatin
💪 2 servings Clear Pink Burst Whey Isolate (CSE)
💪 1 serving Vanilla Whey Concentrate
🍬 1/4 cup Zero-calorie powdered sugar
🍓 2 tablespoons Dehydrated strawberries
Instructions
1- Bloom the Gelatin:
- Pour 2 cups of Fairlife fat-free milk into a small saucepan.
- Sprinkle 4 tablespoons of Knox gelatin evenly over the milk. Allow it to bloom for 5-10 minutes.
2- Heat the Mixture:
- Place the saucepan over low heat.
- Gently whisk the mixture using a small metal whisk until it transforms from thick to a thinner liquid, approximately 5 minutes.
3- Cool the Mixture:
- Transfer the heated mixture to a stainless steel mixing bowl.
- Allow it to cool for about 5 minutes.
4- Add Protein and Whisk Vigorously:
- Add 2 servings of CSE Clear Pink Burst Whey Isolate and 1 serving of Premier Protein Vanilla Whey Concentrate to the cooled mixture.
- Using a KitchenAid Classic stand mixer, whisk vigorously until the mixture expands 2-3 times its original size, taking on a pink, fluffy consistency (approximately 5-10 minutes).
5- Set the Marshmallows:
- Pour the aerated mixture into a parchment-lined clear glass baking dish.
- Allow it to set in the dish for at least 2 hours.
6- Cut and Coat:
- Once set, remove the marshmallow block from the dish. Using a knife on a wooden cutting board, cut the block into cubes.
- Mix ~1/4 cup of zero-calorie powdered sugar with 2 tablespoons of dehydrated strawberries in a small stainless steel bowl.
- Coat each marshmallow cube by shaking them in the bowl with the sugar-strawberry mixture, ensuring an even cover.
7- Enjoy:
- Serve these delicious treasures as they are now ready to delight your senses!
