Pistachio Matcha Overnight Oats with White Chocolate Shell

Ingredients

🥄 100g Oats
🌱 2 tbsp Chia seeds
🍁 2 tbsp Maple syrup or Honey
🥜 4 tsp Homemade pistachio butter (Blend pistachios until smooth)
🥛 250ml Almond milk
🍵 1/2 tsp Matcha
🍫 50g White chocolate
🥜 2 tbsp Chopped pistachios
🥜 Pistachios (quantity sufficient for 4 tsp to make pistachio butter)


Instructions

1- Mix Ingredients:

  • In each of the two clear serving glasses, combine 100g oats, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey, 1 tsp of the homemade pistachio butter, 250ml almond milk, and 1/2 tsp matcha.

2- Thoroughly Combine:

  • Use a gold-colored serving/mixing spoon to mix all ingredients in each glass until they are well combined.

3- Add Pistachio Butter:

  • Drop an additional tsp of pistachio butter into the middle of the surface of the oats mixture in each glass.

4- Prepare White Chocolate Shell:

  • Melt 50g of white chocolate carefully.
  • Once melted, pour it over the top of the oats mixture in each glass to form a chocolate shell.

5- Garnish:

  • Scatter 2 tbsp of chopped pistachios over the white chocolate shell.

6- Refrigerate and Chill:

  • Place the glasses in the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the mixtures to set.

7- Serve and Enjoy:

  • Once chilled, crack the white chocolate shell with a spoon and enjoy your sumptuous pistachio matcha oats.
