Instructions
1- Prepare Ingredients:
- Blanch and season all vegetables (๊ณ ์ฌ๋ฆฌ, ์์ฃผ๋๋ฌผ, ์ฅ๊ฐ, ๋ฏธ๋๋ฆฌ, ๋๋ผ์ง, ๋ฅ์ด๋ฒ์ฏ, ํ๊ณ ๋ฒ์ฏ).
- Prepare the egg garnishes (์ง๋จ).
2- Cook Meats:
- Heat a SILVA frying pan with cooking oil.
- Stir-fry shredded chicken (pre-seasoned with green onion, garlic, and salt) until moisture evaporates.
- Repeat the process with shredded pork and then shredded beef. Cook meats from lightest (chicken) to darkest (beef) to maintain flavor integrity.
3- Prepare Rice:
- Wash a mix of regular and sticky rice.
- Steam rice in a QUEEN SENSE steamer pot, adding additional water (๋ง๋ฌผ) periodically for perfect fluffiness.
4- Assemble Bibimbap:
- Place steamed rice in a large serving bowl.
- Arrange vegetables and meats around the rice aesthetically.
- Garnish with egg jidan in the center.
5- Serve Condiments:
- Present spicy yangnyeomjang and onion vinegar broth separately.
6- Eat:
- Mix vegetables and meats with the rice using chopsticks and a spoon before adding the spicy sauce.
- Gradually mix in spicy yangnyeomjang to taste.
- Sip onion vinegar broth to cleanse the palate.
