Ingredients
🥛 150 ml Milk
🥫 4 tablespoons Condensed Milk
🥭 1 whole Mango divided: 1/2 for puree, 1/2 for cubes

Instructions
1- Prepare the Milk Mixture:
- Pour 150 ml of milk into a plastic food storage container.
- Add 4 tablespoons of condensed milk to the container.
- Use a metal spoon to stir until the liquids are well combined.
- Secure the lid on the container and shake it for a few seconds to ensure proper mixing.
2- Freeze the Milk Mixture:
- Place the sealed container in the freezer for four to six hours or preferably overnight, until the mixture freezes solid.
3- Prepare the Mango:
- Slice the mango in half. Blend one half into a smooth puree using a compact personal blender.
- Store the mango puree in the refrigerator to keep it chilled.
- Dice the remaining half of the mango into bite-sized cubes.
4- Shave the Frozen Milk:
- Once the mixture is frozen solid, remove it from the freezer.
- Using a metal fork, carefully scrape and shave the milk block into fine, snow-like flakes.
5- Assemble the Bingsu:
- Transfer the shaved ice into a serving bowl.
- Pour the chilled mango puree over the shaved ice.
- Garnish with fresh mango cubes.
6- Optional Variation:
- For a strawberry twist, replace mango cubes with fresh strawberries.
