Review Summary
The reviewer had never used it before, but had heard of it for a couple of years. She had always used Bioderma for its sensitive skin, but had never used any other more drugstore affordable cleansing water lines. She had trust issues with drugstore North American brands since the last time she used one, it had made her acne worse and dried out her skin. However, she mentions that she feels that drugstore brands in North America have started to adopt a lot of Korean skincare formulas, techniques and methods. She was sold on the Garnier Micellar water because of the minimal ingredients list and the fact that it had no fragrance or perfume in it. She also liked the convenient size packaging and the price point, which is more affordable than the Bioderma sensitive skin micellar water. She used it to remove makeup, even though she was skeptical about it, but it worked well. She also started using it every morning to cleanse her face because it was less drying than a full foam cleansing method.
