This review is centered on the Coleman Quickbed Air Mattress in a Full size. The product holds applause for its comfort, elevated inches off the ground for a good sleep regardless of one's sleeping position and a soft, plush top that reduces noise. Although slightly smaller than a standard Full size, it's reasonably spacious, but chances of bouncing are significantly higher, especially when shared. The mattress also featured pronounced baffles that made it less comfortable when inflated super firm. The ease of use, however, could use some improvements. The two-way valve makes it difficult to control air flow and air retention isn't the best, losing about 10-15% of air per use.
Despite having its drawbacks, the Coleman Quickbed Air Mattress is still recommended, although not for long-term or frequent use. Its portability, being heavy for backpacking use but perfect for car camping, and versatility, best used during summer due to lack of insulation, are quite practical. The mattress has enough livable space, but inflating it within a confined space can pose a challenge. The quality of the mattress is decent, although the PVC material can smell for quite a few days. If you are looking for a quick fix, one-off, or a once in a while kind of sleeping solution, this is a pick that will sort you out.
