Tried Baiyulan Shanghai Cuisine (Chen's Shanghai Kitchen) restaurant for the first time located right in the center of Richmond. A pleasant location with beautiful decor and kind staff. These Steamed Vegetable Dumplings were pleasant and flavourful. A veriety of thinly shredded veggies coupled witha spicy sauce on the side.
