🌶️ 1 teaspoon mild paprika
🌿 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions
1- Cook the Pasta:
In a medium saucepan, bring 1 liter of hot water to a boil over medium heat. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
Add 300 g of penne pasta and cook for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drain the pasta and set aside.
2- Prepare the Sauce Base:
In a large frying pan over medium heat, add 4 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter.
Once the butter has melted, add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste.
Stir well, allowing the tomato paste to cook slightly and blend with the fats.
3- Season the Sauce:
Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of mild paprika, and 1 teaspoon of dried parsley.
Stir thoroughly to incorporate all the spices with the tomato base.
4- Add Eggs:
Crack 4 eggs directly into the sauce mixture.

5- Combine with Pasta:
