Perth Health Freedom Rally - Perth CBD, Saturday 16th October 2021
Nature of Good Conduct
- Manner - utmost professionalism and stoic
- conduct - unimpeding, purposefully not intimidating or imposing
- service delivery - I and the other 15k other rally attendees barely noticed the WAPOL presence.
Brief details of incident
The Western Australia Police Force must be commended for their impeccable behaviour in the face of 15,000 or more of their fellow citizens marching through Perth's CBD district Saturday, 16th October 2021. Not once did I see a police officer so much as chide, threaten, impose or look disapprovingly at any single person at the rally. You were all barely noticed and considering the calamities occuring between members of public and the police forces in the Eastern States, you should all be extremely proud of your conduct and hold your head up high. It was such a remarkable thing to witness, a true testament of how living the professionalism of your role can transcend all petty politics or nasty cultural divides. I salute WAPOL for being the bravest, most sincere and silently supportive group of law enforcers the world has ever seen since COVID-19. The people of Perth love you and you love them through upholding the dignity of service and impartiality of justice. Bless!
