The benefits of water to the body cannot be overemphasised. Every living things, that includes plants needs water to survive. Water has been there even before the creation of man and its readily available.
But are you taking enough water? It has been observed that some people takes water only when they are thirsty or when eating as the case may be. If you are taking water only when thirsty or eating, then you are not taking the right quantity of water.
Water prevents dehydration, it helps in digestion of food, it pushes waste from your body and protect the tissue and other parts of the body.
How much water you would need will depend on your body but it has been recommended that you take eight glasses of water everyday especially in the morning. Taking water in the morning helps to push out toxic from the system.
How do I know if I'm taking enough water?
Because we are different and what is enough for you, might just be too much for me, it is advised you watch for your urine. If it is clear, then you are good but if not, you might need to increase your intake of water as it might be a sign of low water intake.
Thirsty or not, eating of not, take a whole lots of water everyday
