Friend's as we all know water is a very essential element for all the living creatures and we can say for life,and without it not a single organism on the earth can survive.And our body consist 60% of water and we all should drink atleast 2 litres of water daily.
Why do we need water in our body.

Friends a human body needs water for several purposes such as for regulating a good water flow in our body for maintaining and controlling the temperature of our body,for breathing and many other body related functions for keeping us alive.Our body reduces and losses water during the time of of sweathing,breathing which consumes a lots of water to perform such activities.So we should all frequently drink water to maintain a good flow of water in our body and also for performing several functions where water must required.
We should drink ample water daily.
Friends as i have mentioned above that water in a body performs various activities,and we all should drink ample level of water everyday which will helps in performing these activities fluidly and keep a continue flow of water in our body.Ample drinking of water will aslo show a good health impact in our body and skin,So start drinking maximum water you can in a day which is really very essential for maintaining a good flow of water in our body and to performs various activities.
