Hey Steemians!
No, the titel is not referring to myself. I am talking about , a 25 year old mediatechnology student from our capital Vienna, who is currently on an interrail tour through Germany. But it's not just a regular interrail tour.
It's a tour to various Steemians living in Germany.
It's a tour to discover the faces and people behind those usernames.
And YOU can be part of it.
On his way, Toby will live up to his passion and record a lot of pictures, video & audio material to share with all of us. Together with the Austrian digital agency , who have proven a few times to be makers rather than talkers, his journey and his materials will be the start to a documentary about Steem(it) and its' users.
Three days ago, Toby started his tour - and I had the luck to be the first to acompany him and be his host for a night. And even though he didn't even stay for 24hrs, we managed to do a ton of stuff and see a few magical places. Of course Toby captured some nice pictures on our journey.
And since he is studying mediatechnology and is also working as a semiprofessional photograph, his options outreach a typical users options by far. So you can definitely expect more than just some smartphone shots like I use to give you guys.
But a pictures says more than a thousand words right?!
Of course we also tried to have a fun time rather than just sitting around and making pictures. Some rock jumping into one of my favorite lakes was a must-do!
In order to record awesome pictures like that and even more (I guess his image editing skills outreach mine by far), he obviously needs a few things (you can find a list in his original post). Fortunately, Toby has some sick packing skills as well:
Here you can see the current version of his planned route:
As you can see, there are already quite a few usernames on that list!
But as we all know, the world of Steemit moves way faster than the so called "real world". So I wouldn't bet that he won't meet even more Steemians or maybe gets to see some other things like the new Steemwhale by . Would definitely be as great location for some shots in my opinion!
What do you guys think? What locations close to his route not be missed by on his way through Steem(it)-Europe? Or do you even live on his route and want to be part for yourself (
in Paris for example?)?
Just write a post with the hashtag #wearesteemit about it or write an answer to this post or Toby's original one. And who knows, maybe those hands will soon record there.
Just follow in order to be part of his journey! I promise it will be worth it :) And if you are interested in the upcoming documentary movie about Steem(it), don't forget to subscribe to
as well!

Greets,
Martin
P.S.: Bonus-Quiz
I just thought that this post actually would be right for a little quiz. All three picture locations from above shots have been featured in past posts by me. The first user to tell me the names of all three locations receives a 100% upvote! Toby, you are obviously excluded!
