There are "Methods for Controlling Hurricanes" as evidenced by the screenshot below. I always wonder if these patents have ever been put to the test. Conspiracy Theorists or anybody who knows more about this subject please share the information.

Do you people think this technology has been tested? and if so, would it be implemented to make the hurricanes bigger or smaller (I am hoping smaller but I am thinking bigger)
