Web media challenge attraction of social media users

Recently some people might have heard about different kinds of challenges the Charlie Charlie challenge and some other challenges that have eventually turned into a wed sensation via we'd based media

Now there's another challenge that is presently going on in South Africa, to do this challenge somebody have to twist down and act as if they are attempting to blow breeze into a fire just as you can see in this image below

Recent photos of this new challenge are cursing reactions on social medias a lady who recently participated in the challenge has been declared as a winner by many social media users as her post seems to gather some of the highest engagement so far

So this challenge haven't been given any particular name and I have been thinking hardly of a name for this challenge but I haven't gotten a name for it yet and I don't know if someone can reply with his/her idea of a name to give this challenge
