This place is really "the heart of the city", because it has an important historical and cultural meaning.
It's a place where the tsar Mitridat lived in the BC times.
It's a place of great strategic importance during the WWII.
It's a place of great archeological meaning nowadays.
And it's just a place of charming beauty!
Archeologists work hard here endlessly!
Every year it attracts millions of tourists, and we never can see it crowdless, it's always full of hundreds of city guests.
And it's my pain and sorrow. .
Do you see those metal constructions inside?
It's not design.. it's tries to reconstruct the monument that is breaking now...
Local authorities do nothing to save and renew it from time to time, so now we have this result of their irresponsibility.
Mitridat mountain is a pearl of Kerch, so I do hope it will live forever.
