Hive account@tattoodjay I am going to present to you the bell of the city hall in Bochum, Germany. The bell was especially manifactured by the Bochumer Verein for the Worls Exhibition in Paris in 1867. It weigths astonishing 15000 Kg, quite a lot for that time, just imagine the transport ;)
Heute war ich in meiner Innenstadt und möchte euch für den dieswöchigen Hive account@wednesdaywalk von Hive account@tattoodjay die wirklich überaus große Glocke des Rathauses der Stadt Bochum in Deutschland präsentieren. Die Rathaus Glocke wurde vom Bochumer Verein speziell für die Weltausstellung im Paris im Jahr 1867 gegossen. Sie wiegt erstaunliche 15000 Kg, was eine Menge ist. Stellt euch nur die Probleme vor die dabei entstehen wenn man eine solche Glocke transportieren wollte.
Here is another picture of the city hall from the front and the famous city hall pub, the Ratskeller, which is used to get really drunk while listening to live bands .. I also tried it several times and it was always really funny ;)
Hier sind einige weitere Fotos. Zum einen das Rathaus aus der Front Ansicht und die berühmte Rathaus Kneipe, der Ratskeller. Hier trifft man sich gerne um sich so richtig zu betrinken während man sich live einige Bands anhören kann .. Ich ware selbst schon einige Male dort und es war jedes mal richtig lustig dort ;)
