This is my #wednesdaywalk post, a great challenge initiated by . Open to anyone, check the rules here: Wednesday Walk Challenge Rules
Today, October 3rd, we had the most beautiful weather here, in New Jersey. Great for Wednesday Walk Blog. So here am I, putting on my sneakers and ready for some awesome photos.
I am taking you to a little "observation point" where we can get some great views of Manhattan, from our side of Hudson River.
Ready? Let's go! A short 10 minutes walk from my house takes us to a little park, here is the entrance:
We can stroll a little, the trees are beautiful. Check out the flag, it is right in the center of the park. We are a patriotic nation, for sure!
Old fashion benches invite us to relax, but I am not tired at all. So keep walking!
Here is the last tree, we are close to the observation point.
And here is the view I was talking about. How cool is that? You can see downtown Manhattan clearly. The Freedom Tower and vicinity.
I noticed a chopper, it was very hard to see it with naked eye, but it was amazingly loud. As a matter of fact, I heard the chopper before seeing it. I zoomed in a little so I can show it to you.
Hope you enjoyed our walk and see you next Wednesday!
