Hello, weekend!
We left home early to attend a wedding, happening some hundred kilometers away. I was having second thoughts about going, but hell, I'd like some adventure, so why not? LOL! I don't particularly like leaving home when it's chilly (so cold today), but this is an exception, knowing we will have fun along the way. We might even do a side trip somewhere.
Anyway, it's Saturday, and this might be the final update for my goal set for the year, so before things slip through my excited mind, let me just take a moment to note down the numbers for the record.
Savings increased by 28 HBD during the week, thanks to last month's interest. Ending balance is now 2,300 HBD. I have withdrawn them from the Savings vault to keep them liquid because I need them on the 15th. Not what it was originally planned to be used for but equally worthwhile. A self-gift? I wish, lol!
The small sats stack grew by 3,867. I am keen on adding more to this before the year ends. Not sure how much, but will make it to at least 300k sats.
Meanwhile, the account HP is at 30,310 now. It grew by 170 HP from 30,140 last weekend. It would be nice to end 2025 with at least 30,500 Hive Power. Will we see HIVE above 50 cents or above $1 again? Maybe, or not. Who knows. But I'd be chuffed if any of that happens. I never really thought HIVE would dip this low (10 cents), to be honest, but it's here, so let's just enjoy the ride, especially since we intend to be here for a long time.
So yeah, that's just about it for week 49th. Three weeks remain and hello, 2026! Oopsies! Did I just drag the new year too soon? Ayayay! My bad!
