There is something unique that happens once a week, in our area that is called peukan day. basically the day of the weekly market that we often hear, just coincidence in our area that day lasted once a week. coincidence saturday, for other areas there are weeks, mondays and so on, except the number
literally the notion of a marketplace is a meeting place between the seller and the buyer at a particular time and place. unique here moments of the morning market or the day of the week here is used for mareka who is domiciled far from the crowds of the capital district, to sell various kinds of crops such as areca nut, cocoa, ginger, chili and so on, which brought with a fairly large scale to be sold to sellers who are ready to wait.
after the transaction of goods they bring, then they use the market to buy various household needs such as fallow, fish, vegetables and others to cover the needs of a week or seven days, because new epan weekend to come to the market morning or the day of the week.
