Added power of neoxian

I have added neoxag to my strength. indeed the power that I have now is not much. but I will continue to add it.
now I have neoxag power with 454 neoxag power.

I feel less able to help the good of another friend if I only have steem. that's the reason I want to have another token to be able to repay the kindness of friends. I also like the Neoxag Tokens like Steem.
